Vehicle completed in January 1941. Due to subcontractor delays, it was assembled with a Triebrad (drive wheel) and Leitrad (idler wheel) designed for the Z.W.39, but still featured the smaller Stossdaempfer (shock absorber) designed for the Z.W.38.
